This is our largest fundraiser of the year and is crucial to sustaining the mission of the organization. CASA Sacramento is committed to our Vision that every child in need is appointed a CASA Volunteer to champion them in court, without compromise, on the path to a safe and permanent home. Your support makes this possible!
Event Details
- VIP Lounge opens at 5pm; Doors open for general admission at 5:30pm
- Attire: cocktail or theme (2023 photos are here)
- Crab is the default meal selection. Email daniellew@casasacramento.org if you'd like to request a Chicken or Vegetarian meal.
What to Expect: 3 easy steps at Check-in

Guests will check in by their name, and we’ll ensure we have an email address on file (email us with your guest information to help them move quickly through the line).
- We’ll confirm the credit card on file, or ask guests to provide one. This is optional, but means that you don’t have to stop at Check-out at the end of the night. If we have a card on file, any sales will be collected into one receipt that will be emailed on Monday for your review. You can always stop by Check-out later in the evening with questions about payments.
- We’ll give you a program with your bid number and table number! The bid number will be used throughout the evening for drink ticket sales, raffle tickets, auction items, and donations, and can be shared by members of the same household in order to checkout together.
